the beginning

it was the first day of school… halley had decided to move to a new school in the same city and it was nearly the end of the session. her best friend rose had joined it a month back and her family felt it would be the best thing for her. she had studied in an all girls school her entire life and now to move to a co-ed was going to be quite an experience…

she was used to being popular at school and was student body president. halley loved being the centre of attention. she wondered if she would get any of it at this new place.. little did she know that she would get so much more.

so her first day…
she went to rose’s place so they could go to school by the same bus because she was nervous as hell.
" i think my hair looks oily" halley murmured.
"you look just fine" rose replied used to halley's constant concern with her looks. halley had always been a beauty but she was apprehensive of how her first time exposure to guys would be. she wondered if they would find her hot. it was all crazy teen syndrome.. oh halley was 15 then…the two of them got up on the bus and instantly could hear murmurs around the bus. to her utter dismay there was no place to sit and they had to stand so everyone in the bus could inspect her with satisfaction. she knew she was going red but treid to look as confident as she could. she was good at that. whenever halley felt uncomfortable she faked her confidence and always got away with it. she walked in her new class and saw her....
the one person halley can never forget because she caused her pain in so many ways but someone she couldnt help but be friends with… her name was tyra. halley had heard she was the prettiest girl in school and supposedly all guys wanted her. when she looked at her she was like "WOW! she’s not cute!! she’s thin.. as in stick thin!" and she didn’t seem very friendly in their first meet…rose had told her that there had been a lot of talks about the new girl so most of her class mates were eying her very closely. she was being introduced to dina when rose called her.
"hang on hang on" halley muttered not bothering to turn around. when she finally did she realised that rose wanted to introduce her to HIM… halley had heard a lot about him from one of her friend whose parents knew his..
“ashton this is halley. halley-ashton. our student body vice president.” rose said and beamed. she knew her friend well and knew what was to follow. halley would never agree she thought.
“hi” we both smiled...
