halley was pretty happy that there was a cute guy in her class because the others didnt look like super-models to her. she had promised herself that she would concentrate on studies and get herself a good education so she wasn’t really looking at ashton with the prospect of dating him later.... but i guess things always manage to turn around in the end.
the first class began. it was english and her class teacher walked in. incidently she lived close by halley's place so she knew her. she relaxed and felt better. halley looked around the class concious enough to keep checking her hair every now and then. she noticed he was sittin in the row next her. she smiled at whoever caught her eye and was glad that it was returned. she concentrated on studying tyra and wondered what ashton had seen in her. oh forgot to mention halley had heard that ashton and tyra were dating(!) she saw that tyra had hair very similar to halley's but she sat with a very aloof expression on her face. she tried not to check ashton out but every time he passed by her she couldn’t help stare .

halley lived her mother, younger brother and her grandparents. her parents had seperated when she was nine but she had got used to living without him. she never really missed him but missed having a 'father'. on the whole she thought she had done pretty well for herself. she got good grades, was good at co-curriculors, good at athletics and she had many great friends. yeah... she thought with satisfaction. she had a good life.
